1. Scope and account responsibility

Tatva Connect and Tatva Partner support intracity goods delivery, including supplier-linked orders. These delivery terms concern goods transport, not passenger rides. Provide accurate account and contact information, keep access codes private, and use an account you are authorised to operate.

2. Goods, addresses and safe loading

Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details, suitable contact information and an accurate description and weight of the goods. Choose a vehicle suitable for the load. Do not request transport of unlawful goods or goods that the selected service cannot safely handle. Agree any handling needs before loading; do not assume specialist handling or insurance is included.

3. Quotes and booking confirmation

The booking shows the selected vehicle/service, quoted price and estimated pickup or delivery information. Quotes can expire and availability can change before confirmation. An assigned driver and confirmed booking are required before treating a delivery as accepted. A saved booking must be checked before submitting a replacement.

4. Arrival and verification codes

The driver approaches the booked pickup, confirms arrival and verifies the customer's pickup code before starting delivery. Drop arrival and delivery verification follow the trip steps shown in the app. Share a code only when the corresponding physical handover is ready. Location checks support verification but are not a substitute for checking the goods and handover.

5. Payment at destination

The current delivery flow creates an unpaid booking and collects the saved amount at destination through the customer's PM Platform payment service. A booking confirmation is not a payment receipt. The app must receive payment confirmation before completing the required delivery steps. Contact support if a payment is pending; do not pay again merely because a status refresh is delayed.

6. Optional waiting rates

A driver may save an optional per-minute waiting rate for a vehicle. Zero means no rate is configured. Saving or changing this preference does not automatically increase an accepted fare or charge a customer. Any future waiting-fee collection must disclose the applicable rate, start/end rules, free allowance and resulting amount before customer acceptance. This version does not automatically bill waiting time.

7. Tracking and estimated arrival

Real deliveries use reported driver-device location and road traffic information. Times are estimates and can change with traffic, loading, route conditions, permission changes or connectivity. Stale GPS is labelled. In development demos only, the Admin-selected simulation speed controls movement and the estimate; a simulation is not a physical delivery.

8. Cancellation, missed handovers and support

Use the available in-app actions and contact support when a route, goods detail, payment or handover cannot proceed. Do not mark a delivery complete before the actual handover and required verification. This draft does not introduce cancellation penalties, refund guarantees or liability limits that have not been agreed and disclosed.

9. Driver and platform responsibilities

Drivers must keep their vehicle and eligibility information accurate, operate safely, follow applicable requirements and complete the agreed delivery steps honestly. Tatva operates booking, matching, verification and support features. No new guarantee of insurance, uninterrupted tracking or a particular arrival time is created by this draft.

10. Privacy, concerns and updates

The Privacy Policy explains delivery-related data use and permissions. For delivery or policy concerns contact contact@tatvaops.com. Applicable statutory rights remain available. This is a development draft for review before production publication; it does not replace existing approved agreements automatically.
